Depression, worry, and anxiety are at an all time high. While society tries to normalize these emotions, Christ says quite the opposite. You never know what life will throw at you; But it’s important to know that we should not get comfortable in those dark moments. Although we’ll have our moments, it’s important we have the right support system to guide us through this journey we call life.
